ITD Group was first established in 1980 under the name Firenza Electronics. Over the years we acquired more companies in Europe and China, in 2011, in keeping with the company’s strategy to raise its profile and expand its investment activities, it was renamed ITD Group. Shortly after, in January 2011, following its accelerated growth and expansion curve, and our successful acquisition of various high tech companies to become a global international company.
With offices through its subsidiaries and affiliates, the Group’s areas of operation span the Middle East & North Africa (MENA) region, the European Union (EU), North America and Asia.
Through its subsidiaries and affiliates, ITD Group has business interests in 14 countries employing 2,000 individuals; serving over 200,000 customers with 78 branches worldwide.
Spearheaded by the Executive Chairman of ITD Group, strengthened by a team of some the industry’s finest minds, and driven by its global strategy, ITD Group creates and manages a diverse selection of direct and indirect investments in different parts of the world.
